I agree about Mow, Lawrence and beef in Kansas. I might add a few other things, too........like the prairie in bloom in the spring, barbeque in El Dorado, the wagon ruts that you can still see on the Santa Fe Trail, and the cattle pens in the Flint Hills.
I'll try to think if there is anything else!
